What if I need to cancel my lesson?
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel your lesson 24hrs before the start time, you may reschedule without any penalty. However, if you do not show up for your lesson or do not cancel your lesson 24hrs before the scheduled start time, no refund will be given.
Why is the service I want ‘out of stock’?
We ensure that all our services are of the highest standard. Our detailed feedback is a time-consuming process as it is 100% personalised to the student (and returned within 24hrs). This means that we only have a capacity for a certain number of services per week.
Check back regularly as we update the number of services available twice a week. Usually on Sundays and Wednesdays.
Is there a deadline for when I have to use my purchased lesson?
No. Once you have paid for a lesson we will always honour the purchase (subject to our Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy).
Do you only accept Euro (€) payments?
Our secure online payment method only supports EUR at the moment.
